I am a small business owner. I have had 21 reviews written on my business by Yelp reviewers, 2 bad and 19 good. I am disgusted with Yelp’s filtering system. They claim that the program detects potentially fake reviews. Really? So their program has detected that 90% of my reviews are fake?? Not true. I have documented proof that reviews posted on my business are from legitimate clients’ transactions. I can handle getting a bad review here and there. There are crazy people out there that will find fault no matter what. BUT where is the “balanced representation”? I no longer post reviews on Yelp. I used to enjoy validating good experiences I had but I refuse to give any further credence to this corrupt organization. They should be boycotted until they change their program to show fair and balanced reviewing, as they CLAIM to. They lie.
